This Privacy Policy explains how Sironik Tech Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, and protects information processed through Track360, an enterprise asset tracking and management platform.

We may collect account and organizational information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, user roles, and permissions.
We also process operational data including asset identifiers, QR codes, inventory and warehouse records, maintenance logs, and verification activity records.
When location-enabled workflows are used, Track360 may collect GPS coordinates during asset scans and verification actions to confirm asset presence, support fraud detection, and improve operational accuracy.
We may additionally collect device and usage information such as device model, operating system, application version, timestamps, actions performed, and IP address.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared within the same tenant organization, with trusted service providers that support hosting or analytics, or when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Information is retained for as long as the tenant organization uses the platform and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. Organizations may request deletion of applicable data, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access to their information, correction of inaccurate records, or deletion of eligible data by contacting info@sironik.com.
Track360 may rely on cloud infrastructure, analytics, and related service providers that are contractually required to safeguard information and process it only for authorized purposes.
