This Privacy Policy explains how Sironik Tech Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, and protects information processed through Sporta, a sports venue booking and management platform.

We may collect user account information such as name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and profile information.
We also process booking and transaction data, including venue bookings, schedules, booking history, confirmations, and payment-related records needed to manage reservations and operations.
When permitted by the user, Sporta may collect location data to suggest nearby venues, improve search relevance, and support venue discovery. Location access is optional and remains user-controlled.
We may additionally collect device and usage information such as device type, operating system, application usage patterns, timestamps, and IP address.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Sironik Tech Pvt. Ltd. does not store full card numbers or other highly sensitive payment credentials within Sporta.
We may share information with venue providers to fulfill bookings, with payment processors to complete transactions, with trusted service providers that support hosting or notifications, and when required by law or legal process. We do not sell personal data.
We retain information for account management, booking history, operational support, and legal or financial compliance. Users may request account deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
